Matt Evans' Team-mates
In the first of a number of articles about to appear on this website, Gadeside's sidefooted, open-mouthed, floppy-haired centre back extraordinaire Matt Evans rips off Soccer AM with his version of team-mates. Worst trainer | A little harsh but I am going to have to say Matt Day, always gets loads of abuse for his attempted stepovers and his unbelievable teckers! |
Quickest player | Well apart from me, I would have to say Tariq Kahn. He is lightning off the mark and is very hard to play against in training (when he is not partying at 40 Dover Street) |
Slowest player | Adam Hills (Ghetto Bootie) Probably a bit harsh but I think he has lost a couple of yards since his injury! (CHEERS!!!) |
Joker | Chris Fitzy, off and on the field an absolute joker and always continues to shock people with outrages outbursts! |
Most skillful | A few of the lads love a step over here and there, Fitzy loves a trick and so does John Wilkins, but for me it would have to be Russ, loves a nutmeg and you never know which way he is going when he is running with the ball! |
Least skillful | Would reluctantly have to say myself for this one, the occasional lucky nutmeg comes off sometimes but let’s just say I am not in the team for my skill! |
Most intelligent | Defiantly not me, a few of the lads would say they are but Paul Bangs is a surprisingly intelligent for someone who is drunk more than sober! |
Least intelligent | John Wilkins/Russell Popplewell, you decide….haha! |
Worst taste in music | I know that Brooksy and Tariq love the banging sounds of Area but I would have to say Toby Zhou, loves his Chinese folk music, very strange experience! |
Worst dress sense | This is based to what people wear at training and it goes to Ashley for that rascal bright orange Chelsea goalkeeper top, although when the floodlights turn off it means we can keep playing, haha! |
Best dancer | This is a hard one, I know that Oli loves to bust a move on any Watford dance floor so I will say him. |
Longest in the shower | Kevin Putman….he is in there for a good couple of hours! |
